The Greater South East Energy Hub is hiring 4 new roles – closing date 29th June

The Greater South East Energy Hub is a new organisation operated by the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority on behalf of ten Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) and the Greater London Authority (GLA).

The Energy Hub covers the East of England, the South East and the Oxford to Cambridge Growth Corridor including Milton Keynes, surrounding areas and Greater London. The Energy Hub is funded for the two years by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

A new model for energy

The Energy Hub has ambitious goals and is tasked with addressing the challenges and commercialising the opportunities related to energy generation, storage, distribution and supply (including heat networks), particularly in areas where demand and need are mismatched.

Our work will ensure that new housing developments, new transport links and local energy systems are not prohibited by current infrastructure barriers.

We’re hiring

The Energy Hub is seeking to create a dynamic, agile and commercially focussed team to deliver energy projects across a large part of England. We are seeking to recruit four Energy Project Managers to cover the Greater South East area.

Each of the Project Managers will cover part of the Greater South East area. When applying for the Energy Project Manager role please can you confirm whether you wish to stay in the area you currently live, are willing to travel across the whole area or parts of it, or want to move to a new area and cover that instead.

The closing date for these roles is 29th June 2018.
