The Maidstone Business Suite Phase 2 Project will provide ‘grow on’ space to support businesses at Maidstone House in Maidstone town centre. This workspace will help to create stronger networking and collaboration opportunities for businesses and will assist the wider regeneration of Maidstone Town Centre.
Additionally, the redevelopment of this space within Maidstone House will assist in bringing new footfall to Maidstone Town Centre and supports Maidstone Borough Council’s emerging new Town Centre Strategy and Delivery Plan to be adopted in 2024 and adopted Economic Development Strategy (2021).

The Getting Building Fund focuses on projects that can progress quickly and that will stimulate and better integrate economies in some of the most economically impacted and COVID-affected parts of the South East.
£85m of Getting Building Fund investment has been secured, enabling delivery of 45 projects across East Sussex, Essex, Kent, Medway, Southend and Thurrock.
