LEP Network
SELEP is one of 38 LEPs in England and a member of the LEP Network which champions the impact and value of LEPs in building local economic growth and prosperity across the country.
The LEP Network acts as the lead commentator and negotiator for LEPs at a national level with government, advisers, businesses, academia, think tanks and other target audiences. It also acts as a central source of information and data on LEPs at a national level.

Catalyst South is a strategic alliance of six Local Enterprise Partnerships (Coast to Capital, Enterprise M3, Hertfordshire, South East, Solent and Thames Valley Berkshire) with a focus on championing an economic and business voice, promoting collaboration across boundaries and supporting issues of common importance to business, to stimulate growth and recovery.
Together we represent a globally connected economic region which collectively generates almost one fifth of the UK’s GDP. We are the nation’s major international gateway and our eco-system of innovative entrepreneurs, high-growth SMEs and world-leading international corporates includes a high proportion of businesses in the low carbon, digital, creative and knowledge-based industries on which the future economic success of the UK depends.
We will continue to establish and drive forward our shared agenda and collaborative activity to unlock the economic power of the wider south east.
Transport East
Transport East is the Sub-national Transport Body for Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock. The partnership provides a single voice for councils, business leaders and partners on the region’s transport strategy and strategic transport investment priorities, working in close collaboration with the government and the rest of the UK.

The private sector led Thames Estuary Growth Board, headed up by Government appointed Envoy Kate Willard OBE, brings together key business and political leaders from across North Kent, South Essex, East London, the City of London and the River Thames. Working together as a single, coherent voice, the Growth Board are here to drive forward their action plan, ‘The Green Blue’. continue to work with the Envoy for the Thames Estuary and her Growth Board to maximise the opportunities and potential of the Estuary.
