Companies House data for Q2 2020 shows there is a slightly higher number of incorporations in comparison to Q2 2019 and from Q1 2020.

Is also shows a dramatic fall in the dissolvement of businesses however, this is due to a pause on the strike off process to prevent companies being dissolved. The intention is that this will give businesses affected by COVID-19 the time they need to update their records and help them avoid being struck off the register.
